5 “Stardust City Rag”

Now we get some backstory for Seven of Nine.

They travel Freecloud, where Raffi learns that Bjayzl has Maddox captive and intends to sell him to the Romulans.

After some elaborate play acting, they retrieve Maddox, only to have Jurati murder him.

6 “The Impossible Box”

Narek realizes that Soji has the same nightmare each night, and plans to use this to find where she was created.

To board the Artifact without causing a diplomatic incident with the Romulans, Picard asks Raffi to procure official clearance from the Federation. Raffi, drunk and high following her son’s rejection, convinces an old Starfleet acquaintance to provide the clearance.

Soji discovers her hidden identity and allows herself to be subject to a Romulan meditation. Only to reveal her origin before escaping.

Hugh reveals to Picard a magical portal that can transport them off the Borg cube. Padawan Elnor stays behind (unnecessarily) so they can cover their tracks.
