Chocolate Gingernuts

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 70 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 tspn Ground Ginger
  • 1 tspn Baking Powder
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • 1 tspn Vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Melt butter, syrup. Wisk in egg, vanilla
  • Add liquid ingredients to flour mix. Press into 40-45g balls and put onto baking tray. Press flat with fork. Bake in medium heat oven 20 to 30 minutes.
