Pancake

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 50 grams Flour
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Add egg to milk to make 120g and mix
  • Sift in flour and baking powder to 60g
  • Pour on heated pan until surface bubbles, flip and cook 3-4 minutes
  • Serve with whipped cream and fruit

Ingredients

  • 125 grams Butter
  • 175 grams Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300 grams Bananas
  • 1 tspn Baking Soda
  • 30 grama Milk
  • 1 tspn Baking Powder
  • 225 grams Flour
  • 1 tspn Allspice

Instructions

  • Heat and cream Butter and Sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas.
  • Heat milk and stir in Baking Soda. Add to Banana mix.
  • Combine dry ingredients; Flour, Baking Powder, Chocolate Chips & Allspice.
  • Mix dry ingredients into Banana mix. Bake until cooked (20-30 minutes) in square tin. When cool, cut into squares.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 70 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 tspn Ground Ginger
  • 1 tspn Baking Powder
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • 1 tspn Vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Melt butter, syrup. Wisk in egg, vanilla
  • Add liquid ingredients to flour mix. Press into 40-45g balls and put onto baking tray. Press flat with fork. Bake in medium heat oven 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Plastic Orange 122g mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 250 grams Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 75 grams Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Melt and mix Sugar, Butter, egg and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder. Add Chocolate Chips. Add milk if too stiff. Roll into 9 balls on baking tray. Press down with fork. Bake 125 deg 20 minutes
