Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Highlander Lite Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 170 ml White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  • Sift mustard into condensed milk
  • Add vinegar to mix and stir
  • Refrigerate
  • Add milk to thin to pour-able consistency

Chocolate Orange Muffin

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 40 grams Orange pulp
  • 200 grams Flour
  • 20 grams Coco Powder
  • 60 grams Orange Juice

Instructions

  • Melt butter with sugar.
  • Add eggs & milk. 
  • Sift flour, coco powder & baking powder and add to mix

Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 130 grams Flour
  • 100 grams Cocoa

Instructions

  • Melt butter and sugar, add eggs. Mix with dry ingredients.
  • Put in rectangular tin and bake.

Ingredients

  • Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Flour
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Add egg to milk to make 200g and mix
  • Sift in flour and baking powder to 100g
  • Pour on heated pan until surface bubbles, flip and cook 3-4 minutes
  • Serve with whipped cream and fruit

Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter
  • 175 g Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300 g Bananas
  • 5 g Baking Soda
  • 30 g Milk
  • 5 g Baking Powder
  • 225 g Flour
  • 5 g Allspice

Instructions

  • Heat and cream Butter and Sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas.
  • Heat milk and stir in Baking Soda. Add to Banana mix.
  • Combine dry ingredients; Flour, Baking Powder, Chocolate Chips & Allspice.
  • Mix dry ingredients into Banana mix. Bake until cooked (20-30 minutes) in square tin. When cool, cut into squares.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 70 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 tspn Ground Ginger
  • 1 tspn Baking Powder
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • 1 tspn Vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Melt butter, syrup. Wisk in egg, vanilla
  • Add liquid ingredients to flour mix. Press into 40-45g balls and put onto baking tray. Press flat with fork. Bake in medium heat oven 20 to 30 minutes.

  • 60 grams Rolled Oats
  • 200 grams Water

Instructions

  • Put Rolled Oats in bowl, add water.
  • Microwave on High for 2:20 minutes
  • Add cream, brown sugar & fruit

Equipment

  • Plastic Orange 122g mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 250 grams Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 75 grams Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Melt and mix Sugar, Butter, egg and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder. Add Chocolate Chips. Add milk if too stiff. Roll into 12 50g balls on baking tray. Press down with fork. Bake 125 deg 20 minutes

Orange Slice

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Lite Condensed Milk
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 250 grams Wine Biscuits
  • 1 Orange

Instructions

  • Combine & melt condensed milk and butter. Grate orange rind. Mix crushed biscuits, milk/butter mix with orange rind and juice.
  • Press into rectangular tray and refrigerate.
